Joseph's educational journey began locally, graduating from Lecanto High School before continuing his education at The College of Central Florida. In 2007, he purchased his first home and investment property, igniting his successful career in real estate. Building on his own experience, Joseph obtained his real estate license in 2017, driven by a desire to help friends and family achieve their property ownership goals. His commitment to professional growth, expertise, and dedication to his clients led him to achieve the status of a broker associate in 2020.

Before his venture into real estate, Joseph made a mark locally in the field of radio broadcasting. As a morning show host and commercial production manager, he actively participated in countless local community projects. From canned food drives to donations for Toys for Tots, as well as supporting 5k's, 10k's, marathons, stair climbs, and telethons. Joseph's experience honed his communication skills and deepened his appreciation for the power of building strong relationships with others. Additionally, not only was he a graduate of the Class of 2015 Leadership Citrus program, but also became the class leader of his class and later served as a board member for the leadership program, highlighting his commitment to personal and professional development.

Joseph's skills extend beyond his industry knowledge, as he possesses a keen eye for technology, allowing him to stay ahead of market trends and provide his clients with cutting-edge strategies. With over 30 years as a resident of his community, Joseph possesses a deep understanding of the local market dynamics, enabling him to guide his clients with confidence and precision.
